There are many ways to send a marshmellow flying into a box, but our way is very different. First we pull the catapult back, all the way then we let go. The marshmellow flies, into the box. We can pull the catapult back in different places for different angles.

Great catapult design!  This is a good experiment to launch the marshmallow into the box.  How will you measure the amount of ejecta created from the impact of your marshmallow?  Also what kind of material will you have inside the box?  Good luck with the experiment!
