Who I am and What I do:
I
am a Professor at The Ohio State University. I collaborate
with other NASA scientists.
How did you first become
interested in this profession?
I
became interested through the efforts of my high school science teachers.
Career Journey
I received a B.S. degree in physics
from the University of Illinois and advanced degrees in geophysics
from the University of Wisconsin.
What do I like best
about my job?
The
independence to explore interesting ideas.
Advice to kids/students
pursuing careers in this area:
Strive to work on problems you
think are important. Strive
