Chatting with Neurolab Experts
During the course of the NeurOn project, various NASA experts will be available for live interactions with students. These events occur through May, 1998 and participation may be active (see RSVP instructions below) or passive (a link to an observation room will be provided). It is requested that preparation be done prior to participating in a QuestChat with one of the experts by acquainting yourself and your students with the biography of our guest expert.

Chatting with Colleagues
This link will take you to a chat room for unmoderated discussions intended for teachers who are using the NASA Quest projects. The point is to collaborate with your peers to determine how this project can best help in learning. Often there will be nobody in this chat room. You might try to come back on Thursdays for regularly scheduled QuestChats according to the schedule listed at the linked site. Or arrange to meet a friend here at a specific time for discussions about NASA, space, K-12 and the Internet.

These events happen using QuestChat, a technology in which you type brief thoughts while others are doing the same thing. To see previous chats, visit our chat archives. If you are interested in these chats but are unable to attend due to a time conflict, you may submit a question before the chat and we will post it during the live event. To do this, register for the chat, enter the chat room, and submit a question to the room prior to the chat. The chat room is in moderation mode so you will not see your question posted although it is in our queue. You may come back to read the archived chat later that day in the chat archive or as a link from the expert's profile the following day.
