QUESTION:
In looking at the Astronauts menu, our question is "What about
milk?" It's not listed on the astronaut beverage list.

I talked with Dr. Bourland over in the foods lab and here is the
official answer to your food question: 
The only milk choice on the menu is non fat dry milk. We send this on
special requests, but most astronauts do not like it when compared to
fresh milk. The instant breakfast also has dried milk in it.
