Heads Up / Heads Down Data Sheet
1. Have the test subject sit comfortably in a chair.
2. When everyone is ready the score keeper hands the test subject the
deck of 20 flash cards and the timer begins timing. View each flash card
until the entire deck (all 20 ) have been shown. The score keeper places
the correctly answered cards in one pile and the incorrect ones in another
pile.
(For the E search test the subject will respond, "Yes," if
there is an E in the sequence and, "No," if there is not. For
the MC test the subject will respond, "True," if the letters
follow the rule stated on the card and False if it does not.)
