MISSION: STS-108 - 12th ISS Flight (UF1) - MPLM

VEHICLE: Endeavour/OV-105
TARGET KSC LAUNCH DATE/TIME: Nov. 29, 2001 at 8:05 p.m. EST
TARGET KSC LANDING DATE/TIME: Dec. 10, 2001 at 3:26 p.m.  
MISSION DURATION: 11 days 
CREW: Gorie, Kelly, Godwin, Tani; (ISS up) Onufrienko, Bursch, Walz; (ISS
down) Culbertson, Dezhurov, Tyurin
ORBITAL INSERTION ALTITUDE and INCLINATION: 122 nautical miles/51.6 degrees

Shuttle Processing Note: Endeavour's main engine leak checks are complete
and heat shield installation is under way.  Technicians are also conducting
functional tests on the orbiter's airlock upper hatch today.  Workers will
reconnect auxiliary power unit (APU) No. 2. today, while APU strut work
continues. Managers are expected to determine if any additional orbiter
maneuvering system pod work is required on Friday.

MISSION: STS-109 - HST Servicing  Mission 3B

VEHICLE: Columbia/OV-102
TARGET KSC LAUNCH DATE/TIME: Feb. 14, 2002 EST 
TARGET KSC LANDING DATE/TIME:  Feb. 25, 2002
MISSION DURATION: 11 days 
CREW: Altman, Carey, Grunsfeld, Currie, Newman, Linnehan, Massimino 
ORBITAL INSERTION ALTITUDE and INCLINATION: 308 nautical miles/28.5 degrees 

Shuttle Processing Note:  Today, Shuttle managers named Feb. 14 as the
target launch date for mission STS-109.  The move accommodates orbiter
processing requirements while maintaining an early 2002 launch date to the
Hubble Space Telescope.  

Technicians have completed close-out work on the recently installed forward
reaction control system. Work on Columbia's orbiter maneuvering system (OMS)
pods is complete. Workers are checking Columbia's S-band communication
system and preparing for the payload premate test.

MISSION: STS-110  -  13th  ISS Flight (8A) - ITS S0, MT  

VEHICLE: Atlantis/OV-104
TARGET KSC LAUNCH DATE/TIME: March 21, 2002 
TARGET KSC LANDING DATE/TIME: March 30, 2002  
MISSION DURATION: 9 days 
CREW: Bloomfield, Frick, Ross, Smith, Ochoa, Morin, Walheim 
ORBITAL INSERTION ALTITUDE and INCLINATION: 122 nautical miles/51.6 degrees

Shuttle Processing Note:  Managers also announced March 21 as the target
launch date for mission STS-110.  This move also accommodates orbiter
processing requirements and allows time for the planned wiring modification
currently in work.   

Atlantis' main propulsion system has undergone a routine liquid oxygen leak
check, and leak checks on the environmental control system are complete, as
well. Thruster replacement efforts are nearing completion as technicians
conduct routine X-ray checks.  The monoball wiring harness modification
continues. 

STRUCTURAL INSPECTION & MODIFICATION PERIOD 
 
VEHICLE: Discovery/OV-103

Shuttle Processing Note: Orbiter Discovery remains in temporary storage
through late October. Discovery is scheduled to begin a thorough structural
inspection and modification period.  Shuttle managers continue to assess the
content, schedule and location of this planned work period.
