MISSION: STS-108 - 12th ISS Flight (UF1) - MPLM VEHICLE: Endeavour/OV-105 TARGET KSC LAUNCH DATE/TIME: Nov. 29, 2001 at 7:35 p.m. EST TARGET KSC LANDING DATE/TIME: Dec. 10, 2001 at 2:56 p.m. MISSION DURATION: 11 days CREW: Gorie, Kelly, Godwin, Tani; (ISS up) Onufrienko, Bursch, Walz; (ISS down) Culbertson, Dezhurov, Tyurin ORBITAL INSERTION ALTITUDE and INCLINATION: 122 nautical miles/51.6 degrees Shuttle Processing Note: Processing continues on schedule toward next week's planned orbiter/external tank mate operation. Leak checks of Endeavour's crew module and external airlock are complete. Auxiliary power unit controller checks are also complete. Last Friday, Endeavour's payload bay doors were cycled and over the weekend the orbiter's midbody was cleaned. Today, technicians will close the orbiter's payload bay doors in preparation for rollout. Closeouts continue in the forward and aft compartments. MISSION: STS-109 - HST Servicing Mission 3B VEHICLE: Columbia/OV-102 TARGET KSC LAUNCH DATE/TIME: Feb. 14, 2002 at 1:43 p.m. EST TARGET KSC LANDING DATE/TIME: Feb. 25, 2002 at 11:40 a.m. MISSION DURATION: 11 days CREW: Altman, Carey, Grunsfeld, Currie, Newman, Linnehan, Massimino ORBITAL INSERTION ALTITUDE and INCLINATION: 308 nautical miles/28.5 degrees Shuttle Processing Note: Over the weekend, technicians completed alignment work on the heads-up display (HUD) located on the commander's side of Columbia's cockpit. This coming weekend, workers will complete the same work on the pilot's HUD. Auxiliary power unit leak checks are in work this week, along with orbiter maneuvering system electrical verifications. (KSC Shuttle and Payload Processing Status 10/15/01) MISSION: STS-110 - 13th ISS Flight (8A) - ITS S0, MT VEHICLE: Atlantis/OV-104 TARGET KSC LAUNCH DATE/TIME: March 21, 2002 TARGET KSC LANDING DATE/TIME: March 30, 2002 MISSION DURATION: 11 days CREW: Bloomfield, Frick, Ross, Smith, Ochoa, Morin, Walheim ORBITAL INSERTION ALTITUDE and INCLINATION: 122 nautical miles/51.6 degrees Shuttle Processing Note: Workers have begun planned powered down modifications on orbiter Atlantis. This week, work to upgrade the orbiter's mass memory units is under way. Technicians are also replacing window No. 7. Atlantis will resume powered work in mid-December. STRUCTURAL INSPECTION & MODIFICATION PERIOD VEHICLE: Discovery/OV-103 Shuttle Processing Note: Orbiter Discovery remains in temporary storage through late October.
