MISSION: STS-110 - 13th ISS Flight (8A) - ITS S0 TRUSS AND MOBILE TRANSPORTER VEHICLE: Atlantis/OV-104 KSC LAUNCH DATE: April 4, 2002 LAUNCH PERIOD: 2 - 6 p.m. EST TARGET KSC LANDING DATE: April 15, 2002 MISSION DURATION: 11 days CREW: Bloomfield, Frick, Ross, Smith, Ochoa, Morin, Walheim ORBITAL INSERTION ALTITUDE and INCLINATION: 122 nautical miles/51.6 degrees Shuttle Processing Note: Final processing operations continue on schedule with Shuttle Atlantis in preparation for the STS-110 launch to the International Space Station on April 4. Shuttle managers gave a go for the launch following yesterday's comprehensive Flight Readiness Review. At Pad B, the S-Zero Integrated Truss Structure and Mobile Transporter will be installed in the orbiter payload bay today. Other work in progress includes integrity checks of the three EVA suits on board, aft closeouts and External Tank purge operations. The hot fire test of the replacement hydraulic power unit in the right aft Solid Rocket Booster was successfully completed yesterday. -- end --
