The briefing will detail plans for resuming launches with question-and-answer capability for reporters at NASA centers. Space shuttle flights have been on hold while teams of engineers evaluated the cause and effect -- from a safety-of- flight standpoint -- of tiny cracks found in liners inside fuel lines of the four orbiters -- Columbia, Discovery, Atlantis and Endeavour.
