I have been teaching high school and middle school science since 1990. I have taught in Enderlin since 1995 where I teach Physical Science, Chemistry, Physics, Applied Science and Earth Science. In a smaller school you keep in touch with many subjects!

I am also involved with the school improvement process in our district. I was able to be part of the team that developed the State Science Curriculum-a process that could be very frustrating but provided great insight into curriculum and into the testing process. I was also involved in the development of the portfolio option which allowed North Dakota teachers to become highly qualified.

I live with my husband on a farm in southeastern North Dakota. I enjoy cooking, gardening, reading, skiing, and travel.
