My name is Martha Pfaff.  I teach elementary science in grades 3-6, and grade 6 language arts in the Litchville-Marion Elementary School at Litchville, ND.  I have taught elementary science for the past 18 years and have just completed my 25th year teaching in a public school.

My husband and I have 3 daughters, 1 son, 1 granddaughter and 1 grandson.  My life is wrapped around my family and my job. Both are very important to me.

I am looking forward to this fieldtrip because I know I will learn a lot to take back to my class.  However, I also know how strenuous it will be and I am hoping that I will not be “too old” to handle all the walking, climbing and hiking that we will encounter.
