My role on the expedition as part of the expedition support staff is ‘supporting cook’. I am familiar with the locations and conditions to be visited by the expedition having participated in a Mars Society expedition to these locations in 2004.

I have a diploma in Applied Earth sciences and I am member of the Mars Society Australia. I am also an amateur astronomer with my own 4” telescope and for the last 10 years a member of the South Australian Astronomical Society. I have recently being studying physics at the University of Adelaide to further my knowledge in space science.

I look forward to supporting the expedition and participating with the scientists in some of the events.
