My name is Garrett Ritchie and I'm a senior level chemistry student.  I love all types of chemistry, and I love to help students work out their difficulties with the subject.  I've worked various jobs in my life, none more rewarding than being an after (and during) school tutor.  I hope to pursue a PhD in chemistry preferably in California.  I have traveled all over this great state and enjoy to eat and drink with family and friends.  I hope to gain a better understanding of the desert habitat through my Spaceward Bound journey and hope to learn valuable tools to make me a better teacher.  My life goal is to teach and always expand my knowledge.  I believe that an active mind lives long and prospers, so I plan to never stop learning.
