Christy Thompson is the Cave Thermography Research Assistant. She was part of the first team to successfully complete the first full 24 hour of Thermographic research on a cave opening.

Christy was the Logistics Manager for Spaceward Bound Mojave 2010-2.

Christy is on the crew for the Hot Air Balloon that is used as an air born platform for the Cave Thermography.

Christy was part of the team that rescued the team of Scientist that were stranded in the desert in 2008.
