NASA's 7th Annual
Virtual Take Our Daughters To Work Day

NASA invites you to meet the women who have changed the way the world works and helped create the American Spirit. In anticipation of the Centennial of Flight celebrations, this year's events will focus on the many accomplishments women have made to the NASA legacy and their contributions to flight, aeronautics and space.

  • 1996 Our first attempt at a Virtual Take Our Daughters Day in 1996 was a huge success and featured a day long series of chats each hour from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. PT. However our technology was not as sophisticated as we thought, and we lost our archive. Our event archives are a great example of where we were and how far we've gone using innovative technology.
